  24. Go into control panel and set the port speed as high as you can.  Make sure
  25. you have a 16550 UART on the serial port the modem is connected to if you
  26. are running an external modem.

  44. Yep.  W2 is not a Power 28.8 command.  Replace the whole first string with
  45. AT&F1/V4.   Delete the second string completely.
